Pricing for dAI Pro Managed
dAI Pro Managed is the AI assistant for your content, operated on our servers in the European Union: your own instance, your own knowledge base, chat and search for website, intranet, customer portal or support. You pay for software, operation and our time – not for tokens. You bring the language model through your own provider. Usage fees go directly to them, without any surcharge from us.
Two packages, two tiers by size of the knowledge base, plus an onboarding package as needed. All prices net plus statutory VAT.
What you get with dAI Pro Managed
Available very quickly
After your signature we create your instance – often the same day. Connect data sources, first indexing, embed chat and search: your assistant goes live – on the website, in the intranet or in support, without a server, without installation, without an IT project.
Operation and service by Dreistein
We host your instance in the EU, install updates, back up daily with encryption and are reachable by e-mail and phone. A personal contact instead of a ticket number. The availability commitment with service credit is part of the contract documents.
Chat and search where your users are
One line of embed code is enough – on the website, in the intranet, in the customer portal or in the support tool: chat with source references, search, voice chat and file upload in your design, accessible and only where you allow it.
Your content becomes the knowledge base
PDFs and Office files, website, Confluence, SharePoint, databases, mailbox or scanned folders – dAI Pro reads the sources itself, images and tables included, and keeps them current with agents.
Your own instance, your own data
You get your own instance with administration interface, users, groups and two-factor login. Your data stays yours: data processing under Art. 28 GDPR, export at any time.
Language model of your choice
Mistral AI in the EU, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google – with your own key and no markup on tokens. You can switch providers at any time, the knowledge base stays.

What the packages include
Both packages include the complete chat and search, voice chat, embedding into website, intranet or portal, the quality cockpit and the administration interface with users, groups and two-factor login.
- Basic package: four of the nine agents of your choice (recommendation: freshness guard and quality audit, two depending on your goals) and up to four data sources. Your website counts as one data source, even with several domains.
- Full feature set: all nine agents, all source types without a limit on the number, plus support inbox and editorial copilot.
Every line of your document list counts as a record: every page, every language version, every file, every extracted image. You can see the number in your instance at any time. Above the package maximum you keep a grace of 10 percent. Nobody switches anything off, nobody bills silently – you decide whether to clean up or move to the next tier. What is not included
- Usage fees of the language model provider (Mistral AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint). You contract directly with the provider and pay them directly – a few cents per answer with common models. On us: if you like, we give you a starter quota of € 10 via our Mistral account – free of charge, until your own key is set up.
- Services beyond the onboarding package – content preparation, further data sources, training, adjustments – by the hour at the agreed rate, always after prior agreement.
- Individual extensions (customer extras) as a separate order.
- dAI Pro-Web self-hosted and dAI Pro-TYPO3 are offered individually only – talk to us.
Term, billing, payment
- Term: 12 months from handover of the instance, renewal by 12 months each, notice period 3 months to the end of the term.
- Billing: the monthly fee quarterly in advance, onboarding in full on handover of the instance.
- Payment: invoice by e-mail, payment by bank transfer.
- Availability: 99.0 percent monthly average with service credit, daily encrypted backup, operation in the EU. The details are in the contract package you receive with the offer.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
How do I get from the trial to the order?
Try dAI Pro on your own content with the free demo. From the demo a link leads directly into the order, with your details already prefilled.
How does ordering work?
You configure package, tier and onboarding in the configurator and send a non-binding request. We send you the offer with the contract package and the completed order sheet. The contract is concluded with your signature, after which we set up your instance.
Can I change the package later?
Yes, at any time in text form. The higher fee applies from the month after your notice. Agents and data sources of the basic package can be re-selected afterwards.
Can I switch the language model?
Any time, per collection. Your knowledge base stays, only the provider changes – another reason why we do not want to earn on tokens.
What happens to my data?
Your content lives in your own instance on servers in the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with technical and organisational measures is part of the contract. You can export your data at any time.
Legal notes and next step
All prices net plus statutory VAT. This offer is addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. The general terms and conditions in the version valid at conclusion of the contract and the dAI Pro Managed contract with its annexes apply. Price list as of 8 September 2026.
