Accessible AI Chatbot: understandable for everyone on your website
On the right, you can see this website's assistant in action. At the bottom of the page, you can set up your own in just a few minutes — free of charge, with your real content.
- Simple language at the touch of a button — the assistant explains your content briefly, clearly and without technical jargon.
- Read aloud with a natural voice — every answer can be played back; questions can also be spoken.
- Usable by everyone — the chat window is developed to WCAG 2.2 standards: keyboard-operable, screen-reader-compatible, with visible focus.
- Multilingual — automatically responds in the language in which the question is asked.
- Every answer is substantiated — with a source reference and a jump to the exact passage; nothing is fabricated.
An additional way to access your content
This assistant runs on dAi Pro. It knows only this website — and cites a source with every answer.
Experience it with your own content
The demo reads up to 50 pages of your website and sets up your personal test assistant — Simple Language, read-aloud and voice input are already activated. Your access credentials arrive by email, usually within fifteen minutes.
- We read up to 50 pages behind your links — web pages and PDFs, text only.
- Processing takes place exclusively at Mistral AI in France. Your contents are never used for training.
- After seven days we delete everything completely and confirm the deletion by e-mail.
- We use your e-mail address only for the demo link and the deletion confirmation — no mailing list.

Who Benefits Most
Municipalities & Public Authorities
Citizens ask in their own words about applications, responsibilities and opening hours — the assistant responds clearly and points the way to the right form. A conversational complement to your offerings in Plain Language.
Banks, Insurance & Healthcare
Products that require explanation, sensitive topics, BFSG obligations: the assistant explains terms and services in clear language — and hands over to your advisory team as soon as things become personal.
Education, Associations & Social Organisations
Your target groups bring the most diverse backgrounds and needs. The assistant responds in multiple languages, reads aloud and remains patient — around the clock, including on weekends.
Comprehensibility is the barrier nobody talks about
Accessibility does not end with contrast and keyboard operation: More than six million adults in Germany can read and write only to a limited extent (LEO Study 2018). Add to this the millions who speak German as a foreign language, people with concentration or visual impairments — and everyone who simply doesn't finish reading complicated technical texts.
For public bodies, comprehensible, accessible information has been mandatory for years (BITV 2.0); since June 2025, the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) has also placed many companies under obligation. Above all, however, one thing holds true: those who are understood are also found, chosen and recommended.
What the Assistant Does for Accessibility
Four ways to access the same content — your visitors choose for themselves
- Plain language: At the push of a button, the assistant phrases its answers in short sentences and clear words — each answer tailored individually to the question. Your editorial texts remain untouched.
- Read aloud: Every answer can be played back with a natural voice — for people who have poor eyesight, dislike reading, or simply don't have their hands free at the moment.
- Voice input: Questions can be spoken instead of typed — in everyday language, without knowing the right technical terms. The assistant understands what is meant.
- Foreign languages: Those who ask in English, Turkish or Ukrainian receive the answer in their own language — drawn from the same German content.
The chat window itself is developed to WCAG 2.2: fully operable by keyboard, with screen reader markup, visible focus, and consideration for system settings such as reduced motion.
Honestly: a chatbot does not make your website accessible
We do not make that claim — and you should not believe anyone who promises it. The obligations under the BFSG and BITV apply to your entire website; an assistant replaces neither accessible design nor certified content in Easy Language.
What the assistant does is something different — and at least as valuable: it closes the gap that technical accessibility leaves open. Because WCAG-compliant technical texts remain technical texts. The assistant makes your content understandable — in dialogue, in the words of the person asking, as patiently as it takes.
Data protection: built for public bodies and regulated industries
Public authorities and regulated industries in particular need more than a data protection promise:
- Hosting in Germany — knowledge base and logs remain on servers in Germany, not in a US cloud.
- European AI — by default, Mistral (Paris) provides the responses; your data is not used for training.
- Data processing agreement included — concluded online for the demo, and with all documentation for your data protection officer for productive operation.
- Automatic deletion — the demo removes itself entirely after seven days, with confirmation by email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Easy-to-Read Language follows a fixed set of rules with very short sentences and is ideally tested by review groups; it is aimed above all at people with learning difficulties. Simple Language is clear, simplified everyday language for a broad audience. The assistant responds in Simple Language — it does not replace reviewed Easy-to-Read Language offerings, it complements them in dialogue.
No — these obligations concern your entire website and cannot be met by a single tool. The assistant is an additional, accessible way to reach your content: understandable, readable aloud, operable by voice. Many visitors who would struggle with your texts still get their answer this way.
The chat window is developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 (Level AA): fully operable by keyboard, with screen reader markup, visible focus and support for reduced motion. When integrating it into your website, we adapt colours and contrasts to your design.
The voice output uses modern, natural-sounding voices in the language of the response — no robotic sound. Try it out in the demo: every response has a read-aloud button.
No. The assistant uses only your approved content, cites the source for every answer, and honestly says when it does not know something — including in simple language.
The demo is free and deletes itself automatically after seven days. For live operation, you will receive a fixed-price package offer after a brief conversation, tailored to scope and operation (our server or yours).
Let’s talk about digital participation
Whether you are a municipality, a business or an association: in a free initial consultation, we clarify what the assistant can do for your target groups — and what it cannot. An honest assessment instead of sales pressure.
