For a realistic assessment, we require sufficient access to your system. Access to the TYPO3 backend alone is not enough. Depending on the problem, we additionally require access to the server (SSH/SFTP), the database, and, where applicable, hosting or log files. Only then can we reliably analyse the causes and provide you with a dependable estimate of costs and time.
