- Only your content. The assistant answers exclusively from the pages and documents you have released — not from the internet and not from the general knowledge of the language model.
- Evidence instead of assertion. Every answer names its sources; one click jumps straight to the passage on your website or to the page in the PDF. Visitors can verify every statement.
- An honest "I do not know". If information is missing, the assistant says so openly — and offers to hand the request over to your team with the complete conversation history.
- Full traceability. The conversation log shows you what was asked and answered — including how your visitors rated the answers.

Data protection that withstands scrutiny
dAi Pro is built for European requirements — not adapted afterwards:
- Hosting in Germany. Your knowledge base and all logs sit on servers in Germany — without US CLOUD Act risk.
- European AI first. By default Mistral (Paris) answers. Only the passages needed for the respective answer go to the language model — never the complete knowledge base, and none of it is used for training.
- DPA online. You conclude the data processing agreement digitally already for the demo; for production we supply all documents for your data protection officer.
- Deletion included. The demo removes itself after seven days automatically and without residue — with confirmation by e-mail.
