pro-FIT is a complex application. Employers can issue vouchers to their employees as a fringe benefit. Employees can redeem these with health providers. This complex process is handled here via the Extbase extension.
Employer- Employers can maintain their data via their password-protected access: contact data/access data, branches, employees.
- Employees have an account. The employer can top this up from their own account.
- Overview of statements. Invoices are available in PDF format.
- Helper functions such as bulk top-ups, statistics and Excel export.
Employee
- Vouchers can be generated from the credit balance. Each voucher has a QR code for redemption with a health provider. The voucher can be downloaded and printed as a PDF, or the QR code can simply be displayed on a smartphone.
- The Fitnessfinder is available to the employee. The finder is a Google Map application for searching for a health provider.
Health provider
- Providers can register in order to be found in the Fitnessfinder and to take part in the program.
- In their area, facilities are stored including the entire spectrum of their services.
- Certificates in accordance with §20 (1) SGB V can be stored here.
- Vouchers are accepted from the employee in this area. To do so, one can simply scan the QR code or enter the voucher number.
- Statements can be viewed and downloaded in PDF format.
Administration
- Sophisticated tools are available for supporting the system. The data of employers and health providers is managed here.
- The complex billing between provider, pro-FIT and the health provider is carried out by the application.
- A wide range of helpers make the work easier: billing/invoice generation, SEPA generation, bulk top-ups, certificate verification, statistics, print functions, VAT journal, cron jobs, etc.

In the backend, the PDF file from the print production is uploaded. Our software splits the pages, and a staff member sorts and categorises them. On the website, the individual articles can then be downloaded.
As further features, visitors can compile and download their own issue with a few mouse clicks or perform a full-text search across all issues.
The TYPO3 implementation was also carried out by us.
