Contract documents for dAI Pro Managed
For dAI Pro Managed you conclude a contract with Joachim Dreistein Medienentwicklung for the provision and operation of your instance. The contract package consists of:
- dAI Pro Managed contract – subject, packages, onboarding, usage rights, fees, term, liability and the roles under the AI Act.
- Annex 1: Service description – packages, counting rules, features, onboarding packages and prices.
- Annex 2: Service level and operation – availability, response times, backup, logs and deletion periods.
- Annex 3: Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with the appendices on processing activities, technical and organisational measures, sub-processors, remote maintenance and, for professionals bound by secrecy, the obligation under § 203 StGB.
- Annex 4: Order sheet – your specific details from the order, signed by both parties.
- Annex 5: General terms and conditions, June 2026 – terms as PDF (German).
How you receive the documents: With the offer for your order request we send you the complete contract package with the completed order sheet by e-mail. The contract is only concluded once both parties have signed the order sheet. The contract language is German.
Read in advance: dAI Pro Managed contract package as PDF (German, 50 pages) – contract, annexes 1 to 4 and the technical and organisational measures in one document; the terms and conditions are available above as a separate PDF. Only the contract package you receive with the offer and that both parties sign is binding.
